Biography:

With over thirty-five years of distinguished practice in Connecticut and a three-decade tenure as the managing partner at Sousa Law, LLC, this esteemed attorney has dedicated a significant portion of his career to representing individuals injured at work in Connecticut. His expertise in workers' compensation law is extensive, encompassing thousands of both contested and uncontested cases. In addition to his legal practice, this attorney has a notable background in politics, having served as the First Selectman (Mayor) of Orange, Connecticut, from 1995-1999. Remarkably, he was the first Democrat elected in the town's 173-year history.
